Something to Eat
Forever my favorite guide to write, to give and to receive. You can never go wrong with novel pantry staples, new kitchen tools and anything else to inspire cooking and eating together.
Something to Wear
Gifting wearables can be challenging, so I’ve tried to stay focused on accessories and affinities - hopefully a little something for everyone. Beyond these options I’m always convinced a nice neutral sweater, beanie or set of gloves is always well received.
Something they Need
Second only to the food guide - I sure do love a useful stocking stuffer. Some of my favorite things to give and receive are useful, practical and remind you of the gifter on a regular basis (Ben I love my box slicer and think of you with every Amazon package opened!)
Something to Share
This final guide is more abstract in concept, but centered around things best enjoyed together - whether family gatherings or friend dinners, or sharing memories, experiences and love more broadly.
Something Delightful
Sometimes all that’s needed is joy for joy’s sake - gifts that bring humor and charm to spark delight in all that receive them.
Something Distracting
Alternatively - 2025 may need to be a year of distraction - a time for travel, new projects and all-consuming undertakings. This assortment of gifts will carry their recipient to their next destination and inspire curiosity as they seek joy next year.
Something Decadent
Self-care shows up in a lot of ways and after a challenging year it’s time to indulge and treat your recipients with all things soft, cozy, delicious and glam. These gifts are treats all around.
Something Dependable
In trying times often the best solutions are those that can be counted on, quality goods that are tested and true and slight upgrades to what they may already own. Below is an assortment of goods that are practical and useful to hopefully bring joy on a regular basis.
Something Small
A collection of gifts under $50.00 - for stuffing stockings, office gifts, or combining to make something much grander. These small things are always my favorite to give and receive.
Something More
For when something little just won’t do it - or at least won’t do it alone. These stand-alone gifts for close friends and family keep the budget under $100.
Something Grand
And sometimes you really need to pull out all the stops - the grandest gifts for your greatest recipients mostly under $350 with a couple for those that have been extra nice.
Gift Guides: The Homemaker
For the happiest host you know - a series of gifts to impress guests, keep the party going and make merry throughout the holiday season and beyond.
